Artist's Note
I absolutely love the concept of this map and the designs of the characters are great. When the contest was announced I saw the opportunity to experiment with the color palette because I love the contrasting colors and the aura that these give to the project, the animators have done a really good job. I also have always liked to add a bit of symbolism to my drawings. It was very fun and It helped me a lot to practice.

The thumbnail contest that was hosted for the MAP was open from December 22, 2017 to January 6, 2018. During that amount of time, a total of 59 entries were submitted. That's a lot of entries! Though not everyone placed, every entry was fantastic and all of the artists deserve recognition. You can find the entries that didn't place here.
